I took my wife to see Dr Reuter this afternoon. She dealt with the issue very professionally and explained her diagnosis in detail and prescribed the medication. Her manner was so nice ,she put us at ease and my wife came out smiling. She took the time to explain to me in detail the condition I have and how to treat it, and answered all of the questions I have. I have a history of melanoma in my family and she is thorough during check ups. I have been visiting Dr. Reuter for a number of years. As she is far away from my house, I usually go there in case other dermatologists nearer to me don't manage to resolve the problem. At the beginning I was worried about the speed of her diagnosis. However, the results speak for itself; and I came to understand the speed is just because of her many years of experience. She has always explained her diagnosis to me in a good amount of detail; in English and German. And typically this has been accompanied by a step by step treatment plan. Such as: this medicine for x number of days, followed by y; with the necessary follow up support by phone or email. I always recommend her to family and friends.
